We have recently added to our equipment a precision puller and cutter with capabilities of 2,250 cuts per minute as well as an in-line size monitoring system with capabilities of measuring the exact OD, ID and wall section. In 2004 we have also added a new Davis Standard 2 ½” – 24/1 extruder with hover pads which facilitates our co-extrusion process. Our new equipment as well as our existing extrusion lines of Davis Standard 3-½ 24/1 extrusion equipment allows us to produce quality products and assure on-time delivery of even the highest volume jobs.
